I see the waste and the lazy on a daily basis. I work with people who refuse to do their jobs with no actions taken against them. I see the union pushing hard to oppose Issue 2, even in the workplace. I am part of the small minority...I am a conservative, a vet and a state employee union member. I work hard every day to carry the load and to pick up the slack for the others around me. We could lose 20% of the staff and not blink an eye, we are doing their work already. I have no problems taking a paycut if that is what is required to do our part. For the last few years, we took 10 unpaid days per year. The best way to save money though, would be to cut the workforce. Get rid of the lazy, the incompetent and the hateful who wouldn't survive a day without the union. Good luck Ohio... You know that they will bloat and amplify their numbers when they are reported, just like they cut our numbers. The bonus is that since they are having a get together at the Mall, we get to compare pictures and see how the math works out then. Might be interesting, Beck's number may go up quite a bit..
