Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : President Obama Was Not Happy About AIG’s Bonuses

I agree with you in that the powers that be are throwing up smoke screens. Listening to Gibbs "explain" anything is truly an effort in futility. I have been writing to my Senators (both dems) and they do what they want anyway. Both of them said they had "concerns" about Geithner and that they would be keeping an eye on him; right like the fox guarding the hen house. Same thing with the stimulus bill and the ombibus bill. I am tired of writing and calling because it is like trying to talking to a deaf puppy but I will keep on doing trying.

I certainly hope they don't get reelected. I am not sure if all of them (I know Schumer and Dodd for sure) are up for re-election but to have them be re-elected is too depressing to contemplate.

I can never figure out why liberals always resort to name calling. If you have something to say, I am sure you could find a different way to express it. I have to agree with Bry that Glenn speaks for a lot of people. It is time for us to stand up, hold ourselves and others accountable and return to having some honor and principles in this country. I am so glad to see so many like-minded people. The media has everyone one convinced that no one is conservative anymore and that just isn't true.

It happened to me often. I always replied that I didn't care if Obama was pink, green, or white I still wouldn't have voted for him because I didn't want my kids growing up in a socialist country. McCain wasn't my first choices either (and I do LOVE Alan Keyes) but even though I wasn't thrilled with McCain, I knew I would never have to question his CHARACTER. Unfortunately I live in a cesspool of liberalism where people still have Impeach Bush signs up. It is depressing around here because you get hammered anytime you voice a conservative viewpoint. I am sure there are more conservaties in this city, but they are too afraid to speak out. Not me!
