"there should be a crackdown on anonymous bloggers who disparage others on the internet." I wonder if they mean Think Progress who started this mess by taking OUT OF CONTEXT clips from 2006 footage, plants, and edited video clips in a video which was used by the NAACP to condemn the Tea Party and start this mess. Many sites have shown many of the clips in the video are not from Tea Party Protesters, or from people asked to leave, or from imposters. Even worse, no evidence was supplied to confirm they were members and yet it was used to condemn a group of people.

Yes, the important point is the Department of Justice went through on the civil case– and won. All of a sudden, when they were talking sentencing, the case was then dropped by Holder. "Robert Gibbs issued an apology to Shirley Sherrod and said the Administration had fired her without having all of the facts." Gibbs then continued his statement and said that the civil suit against the Black Panther's was dropped because in that case the White House had ALL the facts.
