They refused to inform me about what they had done, and It also appears that one of my neighbours (an Indian) who works at the hospital had informed them that I was a member of the BNP (she had apparently found out from an as yet unknown source). Despite all my complaints about this, they would not correct my records to say what had occurred, and were quite blatant about the fact I could do nothing about it. I requested legal aid from lawyers, but as yet have been refused help and advice time and again, and told by one "public service" that they cannot assist me with legal aid, because I am a member of the BNP, with one telling me that I should not have assaulted staff. However, that being said, I feel that the decision has also been postponed because the judge finds himself uncomfortably as "piggy in the middle".
