I believe in the US Constitution. If you can show me another constitutional means from removing someone from the White House I will listen. But whenever I ask this question I never get a response because there is none. A military coup is not legal, the division of powers precludes the courts from removing him. What is your solution?

There is no statue on annulment. Annulment is not in the US Constitution. Annulment is a fantasy. Who would order it? Who would enforce the order? Once the Electoral College (which is in the US Constitution) ratified his election there is no way to remove him through some extra Constitutional process. I support the Constitution and the Constitution gives us a process for removing presidents, usurper or not, and that process is impeachment.
