I'll be at at small event with our local meet up group - The Cocoa Tea Party where we will have 372 tea bags to represent the 372 crates of tea that were tossed into the sea in 1773. Then on the 19th I'll be at a larger event at the Brevard Tea Party in Melbourne, Florida. Let's Roll!

I want a refund of the money I have put in. I'm all for a new system but just like the old welfare system you can't go cold turkey. You want the 90 year old woman next door to have medicaid instead. Maybe under the nationaliuzed health care we can just let them all drop dead.

I don't know about you but I've been paying into social security and medicare for over 40 years. It is a broken system that needs to be fixed. Do you have an answer? You can't just stop paying retirees in one swoop. They've suggested privatizing social security, but no one seems to like that. Anyway, medicare and social security are not the same as welfare. I have paid into the system for over 40 years. Will I ever collect? The system is running out of money that was supposed to be set aside for us. does anyone have an alternative?
