<title>Country Music Chicago Magazine : Tracy Lawrence &ndash; The Rock</title>
<link>http://countrymusicchicago.com/2009/06/tracy-lawrence-&ndash;-the-rock/#IDComment24349870</link>
<description>I love Tracy&amp;#039;s newest CD &amp;quot; The Rock&amp;quot; every bit as much as all of his previous CDs. But as a longtime listener, I have to say that Tracy has, from his very first CD &amp;quot;Sticks and Stones&amp;quot; and pretty much every CD since has had at least one cut that has touched on faith in some way. The lyrics touch on &amp;#039;God&amp;#039;, &amp;#039;The Lord&amp;#039;, &amp;#039;prayer&amp;#039; or simply mentions Christian behavior towards others. He practices what he preaches too. Not only in his private charities, but in other actions as well. But to me, &amp;quot; The Rock&amp;quot; is his way of sharing the love that he has known and inviting others to learn about it and benefit from it too. As the saying goes, &amp;quot;try it-you&amp;#039;ll like it&amp;quot;.</description>
