I'm not sure I'd say innocent, but you are right -everyone deserves representation. If you disagree with this, you'll change your mind in a big fat hurry if you or a member of your family is ever charged with something. Even a traffic ticket.

Even if she was innocent (not a chance) she is still guilty of not being concerned about the whereabouts of this child and she obviously has better things to do (sexting) than look for him. So I'll take my chances.
