I was driving a simi truck in portland on 82nd street and a rider came dow the street on my right and didn't stop at stop light and rode out in front of me. How safe is that. I know someone is going to get killed if they pass this bill. A child or adult will think it's safe and be hurt or killed from a bad chioce and the driver will have to live with that even it wasn"t their fault.
