I think Glenn developed this site so WE would lead and come up with solutions, plans and ideas. You cannot expect him to do it all by himself. That's just my opinion.
Not only would their be calls from the Dems for the GOP leader to step down, the press would be all over this. It would be front page news and a breaking story on every major news media outlet and Keith Olberman would be leading the charge. The double standard disgusts me.
I just heard on the news that on 9/4/2002 Pelosi WAS briefed and was told that water boarding had been used. She is such a partisan hypocrite and is the leading example of what is wrong in Washington.
I posted about this earlier and you are dead on. It has gotten to the point where some politicians are just completely absorbed with themselves and almost feel that they deserve to be in power forever and damn those who supported them. Specter has proved that it is not about policies, just politics.
Specter is your typical politician. He tells you want you want to hear then once in office all he cares about is himself and preserving his career. I'll give him credit for one thing, he is a survivor. Didn't he have cancer twice and Hodgkins disease? This guy is 79 years old and shame on the people for voting this guy in again and again. We should all know better.
Amen! And I really think this is being blown out of proportion. Did none of you listen to Glenn's Easter special talking about how Jesus died for our sins? Glenn is always sticking up for Christians and their beliefs.
I think it just shows the naivety of the Obama administration. This guy is in way over his head. I think Americans in 3 years will realize the mistake of voting for "change" for the sake of change was a big mistake. Hopefully not to much damage to our country will be done.
It's not just the democrats, although I agree they are the biggest problem. It's time for our Republicans we elected to stand up for the principles they campaigned on and promised us. Most of them have no backbone and looking out for themselves.

Our government is lying to us and they know they can because we keep re-electing the same corrupt politicians. It's time we send these politicians home...VOTE during the next election...MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
Looks like our little liberal friend here is getting nervous. Probably scared of the fact that Obama has awakened a movement on the right that has not happened in a long time. Ever notice how the left cannot stand people who disagree with them?
