<description>Here is the real story. Macerich company (Flatiron Crossing &amp;amp; 29th street) has gotten very greedy. Upper management lives in a shell and does not know we were in a recession. They wanted double digit increases in rent plus a built in raise every year after years 2-10. How can a company survive under that kind of agreement? If you notice all the new stores coming in are of a lesser name and the bigger names decided not to renew. What do we know that the newbees dont? We know when the rent isnt fair. But Flatirons will sign you to a lease and you put a personal guarentee when you cant pay the rent they will sue you for everything you have and then just say....Next...The big players are Mcdonalds Panda and Abercombie when they leave something is really wrong </description>
