You would only pay the Use tax on something you purchased but did not pay any tax on the item when you bought it. If you buy something from Arizona by mail and they charge you AZ tax you don’t pay Michigan tax on it but if they don’t charge you AZ tax then you have to pay the MI tax on it.

I think if they are going to ban cell phones...why not ban smoking and drinking pop/eating in your vehicle as well. I mean eating fast food is just as distracting as talking on the cell phone...oops i just dropped ketchup on my shirt..now I have to clean it off while driving...huh! Why are there radios in cars? What if you have to change the channel? Put a CD in? uh oh...better not have CD's or Ipod's in your vehicle either...I mean 100 years ago there wasnt CD's or Ipods....

it is a little pathetic, How can anyone take them seriously when in the summer there is a thunderstorm watch/warning for every thunderstorm we get...and in the winter there is a winter watch every time it snows! We live in Michigan...its going to snow...and if they feel the need to put out a watch/warning...we do not need them to interrupt our television shows every half hour to update us on it! Give it a rest...all news stations!

A thought on immunization.
Just think of all the green house gas that was created by the MILLIONS saved, we would still have tens of thousands of Polar Bears and Seal's. We could still afford gas at $1.10 a gallon due to the lessened amount of the population who would be able to drive. The hole in the Ozone layer would be 79.2% percent smaller. The Titanic would not have sank since the ice berg would have still been intact in the Artic Ice Sheet with Polar Bears frolicking on it. Oh please don't forget the Whales, we would have had less Japanese to hunt them do to a bigger loss of Japs. Obama probably would not have made it either, We do need change! We need to change the chia seeds in his head to make it grow some grass that’s worthwhile, unlike him. This will take more then 3 people sitting in a garden drinking beers to solve. We need the help of Robert S from From 1140 WJNZ.. Since his is the Voice of the black community. He WILL have all the answers!

If I were from a race that is from south of the border. I would not have to worry about any of this crap. I would have free healthcare, not have to have a drivers liscense , car insurance, play the no english game. I would have no problems finding work. Ohblah blah blah would give me a job.(Obama for thoes who are slow)
