did anyone read the part where the sore on the boys arm were a medical condition? she had records! DSHS didn't even bother to look. in my opinion, good for the mother! she did what was right. it took the government ten years to put away my step dad for abuse even then it was a slap on the wrist. DSHS, what the hell is your problem? go for the parents that really hurt their children.

i agree it should be the business's choice whether they should allow smoking. but if said resturant or bar is smoking establishment it should be posted to inform customers. plain and simple. people now a days know what smoking does to themselves and others. if they want to slowly kill themselves and others who don't allow themselves to be around the digusting habbit then so be it. the thing I do agree with the government on is prohibiting smoking in places where underage people are customers.

im with you on that. how pathetic does someone have to be kill a child out pointless anger. there have been so many stories on child abuse, the majority of them ending in death. this is such a tragedy. ill admit it ,im feeling pretty choked up as well.

I feel bad for the vitcims, but come on, it's the shark's natural habitat! the day a shark jumps out of the water and attacks somone in their kitchen then it's something worth being rattled about.
