My great-uncle died in WW1 in 1918 in FRANCE shot down at 21 yrs old,he is buried in a cemetery about 5 mi from my home.My father was on a navy ship at Normandy & Iwo Jima,he came home with physical injuries from this that he endured until he died at 59 yrs old,he's in the same cemetery-the boy that took me to my senior prom in 1968 died 2 yrs later in Vietnam yeah he's in the same cemetery-so on Memorial Day they will all get an extra big bouquet .
