The standard of artwork on the Trees For Life is fantastic, and I'd be proud to have my artwork alongside them, and for such an amazing cause. As for media used in my paintings, I used quite a few: pva glue, salt, rubber erasings, masking fluid (all for texture), watercolours, charcoal, chalk, Indian ink, coloured inks and biro. I have seen other examples on other pages, and none of those are sectarian either. How can you even put this in the same category as what Neil Lennon has been subjected to? People clearly feel betrayed that he was born in N.Ireland and switched to Rep. of Ireland. I completely understand that some people may feel aggrieved but I don't see him being abused for being Catholic. People are also entitled to voice their opinion if they think that the player is not doing the job they're supposed to, or even their dislike of a player, but I see no sign of sectarianism at play here. Am I wrong here? It is even better when you see it hanging up in the gallery. I hadn't seen the womb shape that you are talking about, but I'm absolutely certain that this would have been a deliberate ploy of Dali's given that he had depicted the womb before, and he deliberately played on creating illusions. That's what I love so much about his work - the fact that there is so much to see. It's like a puzzle.
