However I agree it is getting worse and more dangerous for what appears to be "both factions", of which I have been and remain on occaision, both. Yes, I agree that more aggressive law enforcement of bike riders should help. And yes, I've paid all the taxes referred to as a homeowner, driver, biker and all the rest. Once upon a time, taxes were levied for recreational bike trails, open space, as well as fuel taxes for roads. That was back when people had and showed respect for strangers and people they didn't happen to know, and folks warned their children to always "look both ways, twice". What happened?
