Rather than stating how the model compares with reality, why don't they release the model? I'm sure there's plenty of smart people in Boulder who could give it a critical eye.

It would also be interesting to see estimates on how much auto emissions would decrease and the methodology used.

Mr. DuChateau, show your work. How do you get 30 cars/day sitting idle for 12 hours? Try using Little's Law from queuing theory. Besides, the unintended consequence is that cars will take side streets to avoid congestion, making traffic worse for the neighborhoods and more dangerous for cyclists who use those side streets.
