We are all being far too hard on Sinn Fein/PIRA and Republicans and here is why. Most Armies have Citations of Bravery for derring-do in the face of the enemy or for risking life and limb in rescuing innocent civilians or wounded comrades. Good examples are the actions of Captain Mbaye Diagne, the Senagalese Officer who gave his life saving the lives of thousands of Tutsi innocents during the Rwanda Genocide 20 years ago, or Pte John Daly a real Soldier of Ireland who was awarded the Military Medal for Gallantry for saving his mates lives whilst under fire in South Lebanon. Such actions will be commemorated by their Army, Comrades and Family and rightly so, they may even have Statues or other such things named after them. Now Sinn Fein/PIRA have a similar desire to honour their Army and Soldiers of Ireland like any other Army. However their quandary is how to give a Citation and Medal to someone who has sneaked up to a Restaurant and planted a Fire Bomb which killed 12 people, or how do you publically honour the Brave Soldiers of Ireland who went into a Church in Darkley and gunned down the Congregation or the exceptionally Brave “Volunteers” who went to Divis Flats and abducted Jean McConville and executed her. Now can you can see their difficulty? They have to resort to marching in honour of two failed bombers in Castlederg, naming a Park after a man suspected of lining up and Gunning down 10 unarmed workmen and having a gathering at Whiterock Leisure Centre feting of PIRA deeds, such as killing innocents or maiming for life countless young “social offenders in West Belfast. They desperately want to behave like a proper Army however unlike legitimate Armies but have little to be proud of. This cannot be easy for them. We should also recognise that many Sinn Fein/PIRA working in public service or as elected representatives are paid in hated Sterling. This is so disturbing for them that they have had to set up a process of Fuel Laundering, Cigarette and Drug Smuggling as well other criminal endeavours in South Armagh to Launder Perfidious Albion’s Money and furnish them with “clean” money. They even had to resort to sending one of their members to Italy so that the Mafia could help them Launder £356 Million of hated Sterling that they had put by for a rainy day. No other Party in NI has to do this and once again let’s cut them a bit of slack over this.

Assets in his "Flag Of Convenience" Company currently stands at £1.1 Million, this has come solely from the BBC Licence Fee which we are compelled by law to pay. If we don't we will be imprisoned. Nolan like many other so-called Super Stars and Footballers is a Director of Invicta Film Partnership No 23. This immoral instrument allows those who invest in it to claim back Tax they even havent paid. They can take out a loan from it to use as living expenses and get Tax relief on that loan. To crown it all Nolan does not have an origonal idea in his body. He either relies on Listeners phoning in with stories or else he plagiarise the Press for his "scoops". For instance yesterday he used the excellent work that the BT had just done on the attitudes of young NI People to fill in an hour of his Programme. The BT had to invest heavily, with public subsidy in this survey, yet the publicly funded Nolan had no qualms about stealing it and using it to increase his ratings. If the sight of Nolan with ill-fitting clothes, a Hi Viz Vest and Hard Hat, bellowing through a loud hailer at a North Coast Developer or the cringingly appalling "Nolan and Hector Breaks For the Border" or even the BBC Nolan show when he pitted Flag Protestors against Republicans is the standard that the BBC expect from its overpaid Freelance Talent then is it any wonder that there is mass protest against the Licence Fee. I bet you if the BT young Editors had asked about his pay arrangements and Tax Avoidance then he would have curtailed the interview. I also bet that not a single Commercial Media Company would offer Nolan a job if and when BBC got rid of him.

Why am I am not surprised by the revelations of Rose Neil. There is something intrinsically rotten within BBC NI, who’s head, Peter Johnston, is on £153 K Salary + Annual Expenses of £26K. This makes him one of the highest paid Public Servants in Northern Ireland. Yet in all he only has to manage a Budget of £56 Million and be responsible for a Staff of 650. Compare his Salary and responsibilities to that of the Chief Constable or the CEO of the Belfast Trust , both of whom are not paid much more than he and you will be shocked. Overpaying doesn’t come near it. An example of his abuse of the BBC Licence Fee is that on the 13/05/2013 he spent £119.00 of BBC of Licence Fee Money on drinks at the Sony Awards and on the 09/07/213 spent £434.00 of BBC Licence Fee Money on a farewell party. If this was any other Public Servant then the BBC would be "Outraged". The Belfast Telegraph has reported that BBC NI has paid out over £350K on Gagging Orders, £3 Million on 27 Redundancies and many more £Millions on rehiring those it made redundant in a revolving door scheme. To ensure that the BBC had enough money to pay for all of this they had to resort to terrorising old people in a care home, as reported by Claire McNeilly in the Belfast Telegraph on the 13th of March, over the Licence Fee. It is also apparent that whilst good decent BBC Staffers,(like Rose Neil) who paid their dues through PAYE are being sacked from the BBC, Freelance Presenters like Stephen Nolan of Stephen Nolan Broadcasting Ltd are awarded contract after contract by BBC NI. Freelancer multi BBC Contractor Nolan is in a Tax Avoidance scheme and his accounts show that he has over £1.1 Million in them, obtained solely from the BBC Licence Fee Payer. To further limit his Tax he has money salted away in Invicta Film Partnership No 23, a Tax Loophole which the immoral rich and famous use to dodge paying TAX and NI. Hopefully the current investigation by the Government will see the demise of the BBC Licence Fee and then we will see how employable all those BBC Suits and so called “ Freelance Talent” are!

Perhaps we should be asking Tommy Gun Martin what the real reason behind his trip to Columbia was. Did he go there asking for “Comfort Letters” or the equivalent of “ Columbian Queens Pardons” from the Columbian Government for the PIRA Terror Training Team his murdering Party sent to teach FARC how to kill Columbian Catholics more efficiently using PIRA Mortar Bombs and IED’s. The three that were caught escaped from Columbia and despite an International Arrest Warrant were given Sanctuary in the Law Abiding Republic where they are “on the run”. According to recent Press reports the MOD Camp at Ballykinler, which is reputed to be in very good condition with Messes, Living Quarters and ample Classroom space, is going to be vacant very soon and is likely to remain so. Why not scrap the Omagh project and use Ballykinler, it is suitable and in a Nationalist area. This would allow at least £100 Million to be used for other purposes within NI as well as providing employment in South Down. PS Why are the Ambulance Service not included in this project?

If Haass and the US Congress are " Neutral" in all of this why was he surrounded by Irish Republicans at yesterdays hearings? Why were the only Republicans allowed to give evidence to the Hearing and not any of the thousands of Victims of PIRA Terror? There are times when fiction script writers would be hard pushed to write anything nearing reality. Yesterdays US Congress hearing about Northern Ireland was one such time. The US has the black art of State Collusion and Regime change at the very heart of its being. It colludes with Dictators and those it calls Freedom Fighters to carry out mass killings and torture of citizens of Countries that it deems are hostile. It uses rendition as a matter of routine and remotely slaughters hundreds in Somalia, Yemen, CAR and Pakistan using Drones. We learn this morning of an innocent Black Man being freed from Death Row after 30 years, his only crime was being Black in the Land of the Free and we also know that in 2014 US Blacks and Hispanics are far more downtrodden than Northern Ireland Catholics were in the 1960's. Yet in all not a single NI Nationalist or Republican will tell the US Congress this. Finally I just wonder if in some time in the future a " Collateral Victim" of US Drone Strikes or the Widow of Osama Bin Laden will give evidence to the House Of Commons on US Collusion, somehow I doubt it.

It is pretty obvious that Sinn Fein/PIRA have no remorse for their actions. Kelly tried to stop the PSNI Landrover whilst surrounded by a hostile mob that may well have torn those Officers Limb from Limb, or stolen their weapons if they were isolated from their colleagues. Kelly himself led a mob to PSNI HQ to force the release of Sinn Fein/PIRA thugs who were being questioned by the PSNI over the Robert McCartney and other murders. Yet he walked away scot free in much the same way that the principal Sinn Fein/PIRA fundraiser and criminal godfather, Thomas Slab Murphy, seems to be totally untouchable in his South Armagh no go area. There are courses of action which now should be taken by the PUC as a whole. The first is that those victims and relatives of victims of Sinn Fein/PIRA Terrorism should take a Civil Action against Sinn Fein/PIRA naming Abductor Adams, Tommy Gun McGuinness and Bomber Kelly as representatives of this Terror Cabal and sue them for every penny they have. In a Civil Action the Government will have to release the dossiers they have on the Godfathers of Sinn/Fein PIRA terror. If necessary every decent member of the PUC community should financially support this action. (Nationalist and Republicans are doing this on a daily basis, they are supported by the Pat Finucane Centre and the coffers of Sinn Fein Fein/PIRA in their quest for one sided justice) The second course of action is for the PUC Electorate to turn out in huge numbers at the Council Elections, vote for Unionists Candidates, reclaim the City Council and overturn the Flag decision, that will send the right message to all Nationalists who voluntarily elected Murderers, Bombers, Child Abusers and Assassin’s into Office and to Alliance who have re- designated themselves as Republican.

I am absolutely sure that QUB does not allow any of its staff to be paid through artificial Private Companies as a Tax and NI Avoidance measure. However that bastion of public morality the BBC does this whole scale. The Tax and NI avoided by overpaid and mediocre BBC Talent should be going to pay to run this country like everyone else, if they paid their dues we would have more money for our Health Services and Education etc. The BBC and the likes of BBC Freelancer Nolan just do not grasp that it is the enforced BBC Licence Fee which is funding their total abuse of the Public money. Not content with this arrangement many of the BBC High earners are investing their Tax Avoided income in " Instruments" intended to ensure that not only do not pay their Morally obligated Tax and NI they can claim back Tax through some sleight of hand accounting. (That said he has not posted his Quarterly Expenses for almost a year now). However, although we can be sent to Prison for non- payment of the BBC Licence Fee, we are not allowed to know how much so called “Talent” like Nolan is earning. We do know thanks to the BT that he is a Freelance Contractor for the BBC with Five lucrative BBC and over £700,000 cash in his Company. Now this is an interesting development and I wait to see if the “Biggest Show in the Country” will cover this with same fervour that it devotes to alleged Loyalist racketeering and if the Alliance Party will be demanding that the PSNI go into to South Armagh and round up the criminals behind this wide scale racketeering? It is certainly far more serious than Flags and Murals. The Press in the Republic of Ireland and the Sunday Times have no qualms about naming and shaming those involved in the widespread Criminality which is taking place in Sinn Fein’s heartland of North Louth/South Armagh. The Garda are on record as stating “Nothing happens in that area without Sinn Fein/PIRA approval and knowledge”. The brutal murder of Paul Quinn by Sinn Fein/PIRA thugs and the wall of silence surrounding the hunt for his killers is living proof of this. The Press which report this criminality are totally open in naming Thomas “Slab” Murphy as the mastermind behind most of the Fuel Laundering, Cigarette and Drug Smuggling, counterfeit Spirits production and other racketeering. The Garda now call Laundered Diesel “ Slab Mix”, that is their certainty about his involvement. It is worth noting what Gerry Adams had to say about Slab Murphy when he was asked by RTE’s Tommie Gorman: “Tom Murphy is not a criminal. He’s a good republican. I read his statement after the Manchester raids. I believe what he says. He’s also, and very importantly, a key supporter of the Sinn Féin peace strategy and has been for a very long time.” When asked whether he believes Murphy’s denial of membership of the IRA Army Council, Adams said - “If he denies being a member of the IRA, then I have to accept that.” The Sunday Times Article of 19th January told that both jurisdictions are losing £200 Million PA in lost Taxation through this and that the Sinn Fein/PIRA racketeers are pocketing up to £300 Million PA. In addition each of us in NI is paying to have the Toxic Waste, which these criminals dump in beauty spots, cleaned up. The question which Sinn Fein must now answer is what is happening to this proceeds of crime? It was laughable to hear the Sinn Fein/PIRA Chair of the Health Committee talking about this Bill yesterday and hearing her Comrades in Arms alluding to the fact the on one hand the DUP are worried about the dangers of smoking whilst Ian Paisley MP is worried about job cuts a Cigarette Factory. Why was it laughable? Well to biggest source of Smuggled and Counterfeit Cigarettes (as well as Vodka) is the Sinn Fein/PIRA Stronghold of South Armagh. This criminality by Thomas Slab Murphy and his network is costing the Tax Payers up to £200 Million PA and adding up to £300 Million to the coffers of Sinn Fein/PIRA. It is this bootlegged Booze and Fags which is the real scourge which must be stamped out> Will Sinn Fein/PIRA do this? Well as long as Slab Murphy, who is Gerry Adams best Friend, is keeping the Bank Accounts, which pay for the Donegal Holiday Homes and PIRA Pensions, topped up there is no chance
