Nice suggestion David, Most recently we also found that the canonical tag on our pages were dynamic and creating extra unnecessary links that the Google Search Appliance engine was picking up. To resolve this, we're removing any arguments that are to the right of the .html page. This should help as well with the 404 error you may be encountering as well. Keep adding suggestions !

Well, this sounded like a good idea, but unfortunately, venues such as the Angels, Ducks, etc... stated that they already have a contract with vendor to take pictures within the ball park so if we move forward with this idea, then that means we'll be infringing on the vendors territory. However, this might be a great idea for the varsity sites...

Silverpop gives you the ability for the users to c**** a link on the newsletter that will then route the user to a Silverpop Webform. Webforms allow companies to setup survey's, input data items (collecting data) and customized landing pages. I'm presently testing this out and will keep you posted.
