If Jesus was the invention of Matthew and John then these two guys must have had some divine knowledge that you and I do not possess. No I am not afraid of dying. science can neither prove nor disprove reincarnation. Science has no means of measuring the spiritual realities. Spiritual world can be understood through quantum physics. Understanding something does prove that thing. For example, we can prove that Bigfoot can be real. But it does not prove that such creature exists or ever existed. It just means it is not contrary to science or logic for Bigfoot to exist. With quantum physics we can make sense of the spiritual world. We can show it is plausible and logical. But we cannot prove it. The only way to prove it is through observation. Reincarnation is difficult to observe.

According to Muhammad heaven and hell are physical places and humans enter there with their bodies. The dead remains in the grave until the Day of Resurrection. Muhammad is also in the grave. That is funny because the Wahhabis ruling Saudi Arabia have destroyed the graves of Muhammad's companions and are planning to also destroy the grave of Muhammad. Their argument is that no these graves may encourage Muslims to pay their homage to the dead which would be shirk. So once they destroy the grave of Muhammad, maybe Allah will have a difficult time raising his prophet from the dead in order to reward him. I bet that screws up everything since Muhammad is supposed to act as Allah's adviser and tell him who to reward and who not to reward.

The enmity between Abu Bakr and Ali started when Ali accused Aisha of infidelity and told Muhammad to divorce her. Of course the seed of that enmity was sown by Muhammad. He had given Aisha slave girls to help her while he gave none to Fatima, his own daughter. Ali complained and Muhammad came to their home at night and put his foot on the chest of Ali while he was still in bed telling him that he has no right to complain. Then the enmity grew further when Muhammad died and Abu Bakr refused to give Fadak to Fatima. Fadak was a fortress town captured by Muhammad and kept by him as his personal property. Fatima claimed it as her inheritance and Abu Bakr refused to give it to her. The origin of the divide between Shiism and Sunnism is for the fight over money. Sadly Mulims don't read their own books and ironically tell others to read them. Well i read them and i saw the sham of Islam.

Hussein was a fool who died in his quest for power. He was warned not to go to Kufa by Abdullah ibn Zubair, but being a very stupid man like his father, he did not listen. It was his grandfather who legitimized killing and he paid the price. We don't have to cry for Hussein. There are countless victims of Islam that deserve our sympathy, not a dead Arab of the 8th century.

I am not very concerned about Yazid killing the child of Hussein. This was something Muhammad had condoned. When asked about killing the children of the unbelievers Muhammad said "they are from them." However, the fact is that Yazid was not a Muslim. He had an enmity with Islam and specially with the family of Muhammad who had killed many of his relatives at Badr. It is foolish to believe that Abu Sufyan and his children's faith in Islam was sincere. They remained Muslim because it gave them power and a kingdom. How else could they find so many fools to wage war for them for nothing and create an empire for them without expecting any pay? Islam was a great business for the Bani Ummayah and subsequent rulers of Islam. To this day they call their wars for domination jihad to enlist the gullible Muslims to fight for them. Even Muhammad used his fake religion for worldly power.

@ communist. First of all I am not a Hindu philosopher. I hardy have read Hinduism. But from the little that I know it appears to be a very profound spiritual philosophy. Secondly philosophy and law are two different subjects and Hinduism is a compilation from many authors. Agreeing with some of the Hindu philosophy does not necessitate agreeing with all of it and far less with its laws. Thirdly, Hindu laws are made by people and hence reflect the needs of the era. They are subject to change. Unlike Islam, Hinduism is an evolving religion.
