For Sternoff to suggest these missives were meant to be “private”, speaks to his apparent lack of knowledge on the difference between the words private and public, as well as his private and public lives. Furthermore, he shows exceedingly poor judgment to categorize his comment on his gun making the meeting shorter as “attempts at … humor.” His suggestion that the Council vote was “a vendetta” demeans the seriousness of his actions.
