Of course things could be fucked up further. That's not impossible AT ALL. Anyways, legalized marijuana (even medicinal) is BS I think. Give a fucking drug like that that has the ability to abused minutely, shit's not going to be good.

First law I would pass would be changing the legal drinking age to 18. I'm a firm believer in if you're old enough to go and die for your country and are forced at the age of 18 to enlist if there ever were a draft, you're old enough to drink. Although I think the drinking age should be changed, it should be in moderation. There have been good thoughts such as only letting them purchase alcohol at stores in the form of beer etc., no hard liquor, and not in restaurants to keep the driving under the influence down. Of course there may be flaws or loopholes in this but damnit, we deserve alcohol.
