<description>If the people of Cedar Rapids want to remain working class morons then don&amp;#039;t build them a library.  I suppose it would be a waste of money.  There will always be people who can&amp;#039;t afford cell phones, internet, or even books.  And despite what some people feel there is still some information in books that can&amp;#039;t be found on the internet.  Not to mention the library staff whose job is to ferret out this information.  But I guess the underprivileged don&amp;#039;t need that sort of thing in Cedar Rapids.  I think I&amp;#039;d rather stay in a city that values literacy and its residents. </description>
