Well, you did walk out didn't you?? What makes you think someone else might not want your good job? You gave up your rights to it when you went on strike and left all the customers that support your business in the blind. Thank goodness for those employees that did step up to the plate and save your sorry ass by continuing to service the customers. You ought to thank them because they are the reason you even still have a job to come back to.
