true, though one can always argue that they simply state that they don't cover any console that has any traces of homebrew on it.
which i think is the case and the reason why they have the notifications before system updates on the wii now.

this is my problem with the digital millennium, the companies think they can still control everything, and are getting closer and closer to doing it.

it's the reason i won't buy an iphone or even buy music through itunes, let alone buy movies through any kind of online service like itunes. you technically don't own something when you purchase it that way. i wonder if people realize that.

using a modchip to me is like modding your car to use electricity instead of gas. it should be legal and not have any repercussions for doing so other than the possibility of bricking the device in question, the same as a car if you don't change the engine correctly.

if i buy something, it's mine, i should be able to do whatever the hell i want with it. imagine buying a couch and the company that makes the couch started suing all other pillow/fabric makers because they don't want you to mix and match

of course pc gamers are better than console gamers when it comes to FPS games (which is what the 360 is popular for). the only thing that comes close to a mouse and keyboard is the wiimote and even then it's no where close enough to compete.

i think people spend way too much time on this. most of the time the games have very little to do with one another, miyamoto even said that he didn't want to bring too much story into the series and a timeline would go against that.

i really wish they would kick him off the series. he's holding it back

can i get a link to a site about the bluray drive in the ps3 and how it can't read four layers? nothing in the article provided says anything about the ps3.
