salah satu sebab cina 'berpaling tadah' adalah kerana kekayaan ekonomi boleh dikatakan hanya dinikmati golongan tauke besar saje. cina bawahan tidak akan puas hati kalau sekadar dapat 'hadiah saguhati'. harap UMNO paham keadaan ini.

Rakyat Malaysia harus sedar bahawa parti-parti politik yang berjaya memenangi kerusi-kerusi parlimen atau dewan undangan negeri secara sah dan tanpa penipuan adalah mereka yang dipilih untuk mantadbir negara dan bukannya memerintah. Perkataan memerintah seperti pada perenggan 3 ayat 4 adalah tidak sesuai.

Rakyat adalah pemilik negara. Parti-parti politik adalah pengurus. Kakitangan awam adalah pekerja. Setiap lapisan saling memerlukan antara satu sama lain.
