This is one of Boulder's best restaurants. Back in the early 90s they were in a building with a liquor store where Marshall Mesa trail head is now. My friends and I loved to ride bicycles there, put our name on the wait list and sit in the parking lot and drink Fat Tires. Hopefully they find a new home.

I am doing my last load of wash at the Lee's laundramat. Just spoke to Mr. Lee and he said Hallifoods bought the building so it looks like we have an expensive grocery store going up there.

That is such a bummer. I will miss the Lee's and their laundremat terribly. I know everything changes but I hate to see South Boulder lose it's personality the way the rest of Boulder has.

I had the good fortune to know Jim. I worked with him in Boulder back in the 90s and he was truly a good person. He was always nice, decent and kind to others. I cannot believe I am reading this and seeing his picture. My deepest condolences to Jim's family.

I am right there with you. I don't think this merits an investigation by the FAA but people need to be considerate of others in confined spaces like airplanes.

A while back in Boulder a man riding a bicycle was struck and killed when a vehicle turned in front of him. He had the right of way. A Daily Camera reader posted a poem in the comments section under the story of this tragedy. The poem was about how sometimes you cannot think about blame when something so awful happens. I tried to find this poem because it seemed appropriate here but could not.

Live near by. Heard all the sirens and maybe more than one helicopter arrive and depart already. I really hope everybody is OK.

I don't think you need to be worried about gay scout leaders. They're pretty harmless.

However, if I had a child and I enroll them in some group activity, I would be extremely worried about pediphiles. Has nothing to do with being Gay.

Speak for yourself.

I don't know Mrs Wallace but from what I have read in the paper, she would never submit her family and friends to the agony they must feel of not knowing where she is.

People of all ages have been lost and died in the mountains west of Boulder and I don't like that people are making an issue of Mrs. Wallace's age here.
