Chris, what 'things' are you thinking about? web 2.0 applications? :) i never used kaixin.com but i think kaixin001.com is one of the best implemented web 2.0 apps i have seen in China. its clean, easy to use, and fast.

hey Chris, great point here. I was also thinking - is it possible to take something popular in china and migrate it to U.S. ? Do you know kaixin001.com? I wonder if some of its every popular games can be migrated to iphone and potentially gaining popularity here.

Chris, another great post, i love some of your suggestions. my company hires intern every summer, and i think it is very important for students to intern in different companies before landing a full time job. i will share some other my best kept 'secrets' here :)
1. keep up with the news. Companies hire when they announce new deals or awarded new projects.
2. recruiters are your best friends. I even ask my recruiters to find out the interview questions for me :)
3. don't wait until you have a perfect resume. - it is never going to be.

I agree Chris. Blink is a fantastic book and is certainly worth a read. i will choose the abridged version though.
