OK, forget about my last post, I have just fix the problem. How I did it ? Well, I just desinstalled completely yellowsn0w, from the "Cydia Source Section" and downloaded it again, but this time the updated version 0.9.6. Then I proceeded to restart the Iphone and the carrier signal did came back inmediately. Best regards from Venezuela( a former Trojan player, from USC).
Everything was working just perfect since January 1st. There was no activity I coul not perform with my yellosn0w unblocked Iphone 3G 2.2. But this morning it did awake without any carrier signal. Either has for dashes or it says "no service". I have done everything possible and have no succes. The yellowsn0w has been upgraded to 0.9.5. Now what?
CORRECTION. Nothing wrong with the spaeaker . It was a silly thing: the screen protector was covering the speaker. I cut a small piece of it and problem solved. Thanks again.
I just got my iphone unlocked. It was a big surprise. I just reinsert the sim, after 4 hours, from my motorola cel to this iphone and got my carrier signal stable and strong ( 4 bars). I can't find enough words to appreciate the wonderful work you people, DEV TEAM has done for thousands of unsatisfied iphone owners. GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!! However, the earing volume is too low, I can hardly hear the person I'm talking to. I don´t know if this is a consequence of the baseband. You people tell me, please. Despite that, I am so glad with my iphone that I don't care.
Good Moorning, Vietnaam !!! I just went from my iphone WiFi into Cydia, Sections, Repositories, and I can't find yellowsn0w there... Am I doing wrong? Should I look for it in some other place in order to get it installed ? Greetings from Venezuela..
I suppose this is a happy new year wishes , am I right?
Happy 2009 again, where should we look for the yellowsn0w release ? It's already 2 am here at Venezuela., about 1am at NY
