IF you KNOW him, then you know what his character has been for a lifetime. A person of integrity - A community activist - A good man- He made a horrible, horrible mistake on Feb 7th and it has changed his life and everyone else who is associated with this incident forever.

There is no excuse for DUI - It is wrong...but I get the feeling from your abrasive , gossipy comments that you have more than a grudge. Maybe you don't like people who are successful in their careers and relationships- who drive BMWs and live "privileged lives"? His life and the victim's life are changed forever. Does that make you feel better - about yourself?
