[spoiler ahead] can't get my head on how blowing up the energy pocket could be good in any way. Also, why kill Jacob so soon after we finally get to know him? So, I think that Miles was right in that they create "the incident" them selves by blowing the hydrogen bomb right next to the pocket, and I think Jacob isn't so easily killed...
