PART ONE H.R. 1388 was passed yesterday, behind our backs. You may want to read about it. It wasn't mentioned on the news...just went by on the ticker tape at the bottom of the CNN screen. Obama funds $20M in tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas Refugees to the USA. This is the news that didn't make theheadlines...By executive order,President Barack Obamahas ordered expenditure of $20.3 million in "migration assistance" to the Palestinian refugees and "conflict victims" in Gaza. The "presidential determination", which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States, was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4. Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

I see this as a threat also Billy. That is why I had to verify I heard it right. I DO NOT see this as a good thing. Also, instead of spending their money here in America (to help the economy) they are sending it back to Cuba. WTF????

I just heard a "blip" on the MSM news last night and was wondering if anyone has heard more.... Obama is opening up Cuba. Cubans now living in America can travel freely back and forth (Bush allowed them only one visit every 3 years) AND the Cubans in Amerca can now send "home" as much money as they want...no limits. Can anyone confirm or elaborate on this? Thanks, Ellen

I agree. If all those able bodied takers had to do community work we would have beautiful cities and highways!!! And they should be limited on how long they get these "benefits". No more generational welfare families. When I go to a grocery store and the person in front of me is wearing nicer clothes than me, freshly done nails and a cart full of food I can't afford (steaks, seafood) and they pay for it with their foodstamp card, it floors me everytime. Then I am afforded the joy of seeing them get into a nicer vehicle than I have and they turn and look at me like I'm dirty.

I live in Colorado and the govt is imposing so many rules and regulations they are pushing what few rigs are left here OUT. It is costing them too much money and they are moving on to other states. All our area has for making a decent living is coal mines & drilling. I say, "Drill Baby Drill"
