The reason why people like the Tea Party is they are smart enough to see the inconsistencies within both parties and have enough intelligence to point out when things are just plain wrong regardless of party affiliations.

Big Journalism : Why Ron Paul Matters

<1. Christians will never vote to legalize prostitution and drugs.> As much as a social conservative as I am, I think the war on drugs is such a waste of gov't money. People are doing it anyway without regard for the law. The war on drugs can be supplemented by thriving local churches, non-profits and simply being a good neighbor. I grew up in a rural southern town where crystal meth was very prevalent. My church volunteered so much time to combating the meth problem in rural communities. I think citizens being purely altruistic, moral and compassionate are the solutions to these problems. I have helped many teens get off drugs by simply showing Christ's love. Plus, if Christians think there needs to be a war on drugs solely based on morals, there certainly needs to be a war on alcohol. I've seen so many families destroyed by it and it's legal. Prostitution is a stickier subject. I really have no right answer except I think it's wrong for moral, which isn't a solid argument against a libertarian.

Big Journalism : Mediaite's Selective Reporting

It's so funny that she thinks stay-at-home mothers are lazy. Salary.com stated that a symbolic figure for the stay-at-home mom would be paid $138,646. They are resourceful, save the family loads of money by cooking, cleaning and many stay-at-home moms garden, cutting down food costs. Plus, many stay-at-home moms find innovated ways to make extra money (and still have time for their children) by starting their own business (whether farming, sewing, teaching). When I am a stay-at-home mom, I want to own a small farm as well.

I think the media is to blame for the glorification and royal status of the Obama presidency. I am glad you (and I'd say the majority of Americans...I don't know) haven't succumbed to that kind of mind-set.

Yes, I am 22 years old. There is a substantial younger conservative movement that doesn’t get any media attention so don’t lose heart. Know we’re out there! I feel the American presidency has been treated too royally, especially with Obama. It began with the whole “Kennedy Camelot” obsession and never recovered (we’re still obsessed with the Kennedy’s). George Washington thought of the American presidency as a public servant with the Constitution being the guidelines to create a limited but effective government. He refused to be called king and felt entitled to nothing. After his presidency, he wanted to be called a farmer, the noblest profession, he believed. Today, the American presidency gets so much useless attention such as who’s who a some fancy dinner party, where the president and first lady dine, what their wearing…WHO CARES? The presidency was made to carry out the limited parameters of the Constitution, nothing more. Yes, live in the white house for 4 to 8 years, but do your job, know the American people are your boss, feel entitled to nothing and lead based on our laws, nothing more. Prince Charles has never squeezed his own toothpaste tube—toothpaste that was paid for by Brits that should be infuriated that this royal wedding approximately cost $70 million dollars. Plus, it costs businesses because they are declaring it a holiday. This reminds me of the one and only time I saw Obama walking in D.C with so many secret service people around him and more than a dozen personal assistants (whose salaries come from our taxes). He had someone put a straw in his water bottle and hold it up to him so he could drink. He can’t just hold a water bottle like the rest of us? Maybe he has someone squeeze his own toothpaste too. Absolutely ridiculous!

Can I please see a legitimate link that states that Zionist have killed that many people. I think you are wrong. The United States has established laws which determine who and who cannot enter are country but none of them are affiliated with race, religion, etc. I didn’t say all immigrants that wanted to become U.S citizens JUST have to abide by the constituent. There is a process via immigrant law. You misread what I was stating. Have you ever been to Israel? Have you ever been to the middle-east? Based on your statements, I don’t think you have. And since you’re so caught up in history, the Immigration Act of 1965 only abolished the National Origins clause by the previous Immigration Act of 1924 and that’s because we were receiving millions of immigrants (most of whom fled the terrors of communism post Bolshevik revolution). Yes, it set a quota (mainly for people in Eastern Europe) but people from all over were allowed to immigrate to America before that Act.

Does it make sense that the United States has more oil than the middle-east and can’t use our God-given resources because of damn environmentalist? We’ve already made the Arabs ungodly rich by buying their oil for years. <Could any of you who have attacked me explain to me the difference between Zionism and Nazism?> Zionist haven’t murder over 10 million people for starters. However, sects of extreme Zionists do commit acts of unprovoked violence. Most violence is defensive but comparing Zionism with Nazism is historically irresponsible <Could any of you explain to me why Arabs and Muslims are allowed to IMMIGRATE INTO OUR COUNTRY but they are a threat to us in the middle-east? Why are Palestinian Christians and Muslims being ethnically cleansed from their own homeland but can immigrate into our country?> The United States is a bastion of freedom for all people. Immigrants can come from anywhere despite their religious and ethnical background and become a legal American citizen if they abide by our constitutional laws. That’s why we allow them to migrate to our country. Muslim extremists in a Sharian-law system have no such scruples and are therefore a threat. Palestinian Christians and Muslims are being ethnically cleansed from their own homeland because of Islamic Fundamentalism, not U.S interventionism.

'Why is the United States bogged down in the middle east?' 1. Because on 9/11/01, al-Qaeda issued a strategic terrorist attack on America by hijacking a plane and killing approx. 3000 people. 2. Because Islamic fundamentalism and Islamic terrorism are taking over the world and the ramifications of their violent religion and restrictive laws will soon infiltrate the United States (if not already) and someone needs to stand up to their blatant disregard for human life and repression of women. Although I can't say I am 100% satisfied with the results of the war in Iraq, the war on terror post-9/11 was completely justified. People don't understand that the middle east is crazy and irrational (coming from a military brat who's father lived in the middle east for years) and the only thing many middle-easterners understand is a gun down their throat. I can tell you haven't been to Israel because Jewish art is alive and thriving. Also, there are many prominent Jewish scientist within the U.S so I don't know what you are talking about. The Gaza strip turmoil was created by Palestinians who can't honor the 1949 Armistice Agreements post the War of Independence. Israel is a tiny piece of land surrounded by massive Islamic countries. Why can't all these Palestinian refugees be welcomed by they're loving peaceful fellow Islamic brothers? Oh, because they are super clannish, can be easily bought off and have no regard for human life, including their own (hence suicide bombers) .
