6.9. We charge some fees for cashouts. For cashouts from $2 to $49, we charge $1; From $50 to $99: $2; From $100 to $149: $3; From $150 to $199: $4; From $200 and above: $5.

I have no special info. I found the site while I was searching like everybody.
But I know that I am earning and My second cashout on the way. (It is already instant, I am waiting for a bigger cashout )

If you need any info about site, earnings, ad rates, cashout rules etc. , you can ask me.
I do not think it will survive forever. But I am thinking about how can be a site nr 1 at EMS forum in only 2-3 days. (by only member votes)

Yes, I don't like ad rates first but 1$ fee for every cashout (which is under $50)
Egz: You are a standart and have $2.17 at main balance.
When you will cashout, $1.17 goes to your AP-PP. It is not stop standart members as need to invest.
And also decrease the ad rates avg.
Of course it will not forever... But reason to try for me...
I will cashout my second payment, maybe today or tomorrow...

Lets try new admin at ongoing list. You are already advise not to invest .
In scam list , New admin has no chance, and af course users too. ( again: No invest and $13.22 profit )

This is the wrong question:
How should new admin pay to member with no-invest ?
Bonus or any other payment, But, new admin is paying for raise up an old scam (called) site.
Who should know, what happens on ongiing list.
