Well, it runs in the background all the time. If the feds come busting in, and plug in their USB sticks it will lock down your system when it detects the presence of COFFEE. It will still work.

Yes, there are a couple of Exchange Management Shell commands you can run to set the right autodiscover URLs

Also you need to specify your URLs in the Exchange management Console in Server Config > Client Access
