For a change, ellen is right, albeit characteristically for mostly the wrong reasons. It was biologically impossible for Stanley Ann to be Barry's moma. Hence she could not have had him in Kenya, or anywhere, no matter how many witnesses, papers, ribbons and bows and sealing wax are produced. She entered into platonic matrimony with a friend of her father, Barack Hussein Obama, an alien black Luo tribesman, and adopted the little bastard. It was the least she could do for her father, to expiate the sin of being born female. She died of ovarian cancer, which suggests she was never pregnant. Maya Soetoro-Ng claims her as mother, but that too could be a false attribution. She might have been sexually dysfunctional, unable to make it with a man, too egotistical. This is consistent with her marriage to Soetoro the second Muslim, and its short duration. Muslim men tend not to marry the deflowered, and to insist on sex when married. An almost universal error is to assume that Stanley Ann and Obama the Luo are Barry's birth parents. It leads nearly everybody into error. Not me. Ask anybody for DNA analysis or competent and unambiguous documentary evidence that Stanley Ann and Obama the Luo are Barry's birth parents. It will be in vain. An official agency will have to subpoena Hawai'i's vital records and Barry's DNA (and possibly the DNA of others) to determine whether Barry was a natural born citizen at birth. Elementary, my dear Watson. Then official investigators must determine whether Barry later lost his U.S. citizenship, and with it his eligibility to the Office of President. Disclosure of Barry's vital records and DNA would almost certainly show all of this to be irrelevant and immaterial. Barry's original birth certificate will probably show that he was a natural born U.S. citizen at birth, son of Stanley Armour Dunham and an obliging predominantly Polynesian wahine, both U.S. citizens at Barry's birth. Stanley Ann and Obama the alien Luo were adoptive parents. It doesn't make any difference whether one or two U.S. citizen parents are required, if in fact there were two. I ask for it incessantly, but nobody has scientific and unambiguous documentary evidence that Stanley Ann and Obama the Luo are Barry's birth parents. The best anybody can do is the certification of live birth, which is ambiguous as to the parents. Once it is determined that Barry was a natural born citizen at the time of his birth, a definitive investigation must determine whether he remained a U.S. citizen, and whether he committed high crimes and misdemeanors in concealing or destroying official records here and abroad to obstruct justice in respect of his eligibility. Even if Barry did not lose citizenship after birth, his unlawful blocking of a subpoena of Dr. Fukino and Hawai'i's vital records by LTC Terry Lakin's Court Martial, and his throwing billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to Indonesia and other countries to pay off foreign officials for concealment of his Indonesian citizenship are additional grounds for impeachment.

This is part of a game. Obama says, "Don't impugn my patriotism." This is to inhibit people from pointing out that he hasn't any. Chait says House will impeach, to get spineless RINOs to back off impeachment. And Chait says impeachment will fail of conviction, to appeal to RINO defeatism. Patriots should not hesitate to investigate possible grounds for impeachment. By the time the investigation is through and a bill of impeachment returned, a lot of senators might see the light and convict. Investigation of impeachment alone will likely uncover new grounds for impeachment - such as blocking a zealous defense by LTC Terry Lakin and bribing foreign officials with billions in U.S. taxpayer dollars for covering up Barry's Indonesian citizenship.

It's a race whether the Obama cabal destroys itself first, or the country first. It is imperative that Congress and the legislatures investigate Barry immediately and thoroughly. In the short term, it is urgent that Congress pass a joint resolution that Barry not obstruct justice by threatening LTC Terry Lakin's Court Martial with reprisal if it subpoenas Dr. Fukino and Hawai'i's vital records. Whether the original birth certificate shows eligibility or ineligibility, it is relevant and material to Lakin's defense. If ineligible, Lakin has a defense on the fact of no duly constituted authority. If eligible, Lakin has a defense of Barry's misrepresentation of ineligibility by claiming foreign birth to a foreign father and refusing to disclose the original birth certificate, which would put the lie to both grounds of ineligibility at birth. In the longer term, it must be ascertained whether Barry was a ringer, and whether he lost U.S. citizenship. It is possible that throwing billions of dollars of space contracts to Indonesia and other countries is part of a pay-off for concealing the records of Barry's acquisition and affirmation of Indonesian citizenship, which would be inconsistent with U.S. citizenship. Exhaustive federal and state investigations should have been started at least two years ago. This is the best way to carry the fight to Barry, and the only way to determine his constitutional eligibility and discover crimes incident to concealing possible loss of citizenship.

Impeachment should lie against a constitutionally ineligible usurper. It's an absurdity to say that a pretender can not be removed because he is only a pretender. If you want to say that a bill of impeachment admits that the usurper is President, fine, so then he becomes liable to impeachment, by the same argument that claims he's exempt for being ineligible. Waive the tort, sue in assumpsit. Barry does not gain constitutional immunity by violating the Constitution. The Courts can remove Barry, but currently they lack the will and hide behind technicalities.

Issa is not only disappointing; he is outrageous. He does not know enough to rule out impeachment. Exhaustive investigations by federal and state governments are required, and long overdue. We do not even know Barry's identity, much less his constitutional eligibility to the Office of President. Early on, a proper investigation, with subpoenae of Hawai'i's vital records and Barry's DNA would confirm that Barry was at birth a natural born U.S. citizen. The investigation should not end there. The status of natural born citizen can be lost by the loss of citizenship altogether. Investigation might well find not only the loss of U.S. citizenship, but corrupt bargains to conceal records of the acquisition of foreign citizenship that caused the loss of U.S. citizenship. Even if it be found upon further inquiry that Barry did not lose U.S. citizenship, investigation of this possibility would probably have collateral benefits, such as the following: - proof of obstruction of justice by the destruction, forgery, alteration or sequestration of evidence of Barry’s citizenship status in Indonesia, Pakistan and the United States. Bribery is possible, especially in Indonesia and Pakistan. Rich space contracts to Indonesia might be in large part consideration for Indonesian complicity in the corruption of its official records relating to Barry’s citizenship. - proof of massive illegal campaign contributions to Barry from Indonesia and other foreign sources. - proof of fraud in Barry’s applications for admission to university and scholarship aid, such as affirmations of foreign birth and foreign citizenship. - proof of incitement to insubordination and mutiny by U.S. military officers through false representations that make a prima facie case that Barry was not at the time of his birth a natural born U.S. citizen, thus giving the officers reasonable grounds for believing that orders to them were not lawful. Moreover, Barry and his claque threaten the resulting Court Martial with reprisal if it subpoenas Dr. Fukino and Hawai’i’s vital records, although the original birth certificate is material and relevant to the accused officer’s defense. If the original birth certificate shows Barry was not a natural born citizen (highly unlikely) the order was void in fact. If it shows Barry was a natural born citizen at birth (highly likely) then Barry has seduced and ensnared the accused into mutiny and insubordination by withholding strong evidence of his eligibility while creating on the public record a prima facie case of ineligibility by reviving the Kenyan birth myth and falsely representing that he had an alien father. - insight into the recent activities of the Comintern, which could include Barry’s recruitment as an agent. - other high crimes and misdemeanors making Barry liable to impeachment. - relatively minor in the current context, but still important, correction of Barry’s lineage by the United States Senate Historical Office.

If it's biologically impossible for Stanley Ann to have baby Obama, she could not have had him in Kenya or any other place. Mr. Obama's DNA will show a mother of a haplogroup inconsistent with Stanley Ann's. Comparison of his mitochondrial DNA with that of descendants in the female line from antecedents of Stanley Ann in the female line will show it was biologically impossible for Stanley Ann to be the mother. No matter how convincing the testimony and the documents, that which is biologically impossible could not have happened.

Stanley Armour Dunham, who so wanted a first born son that he named his daughter Stanley, probably had Mr. Obama in Hawai'i with an obliging wahine. He was adopted by his daughter Stanley Ann and his friend Obama the alien Luo tribesman, a friend of Stanley Armour, to cover up the bastard birth. Stanley Ann died of ovarian cancer. Pregnancy inhibits ovarian cancer, so there's a remote possibility that Stanley Ann never had a child, even though Maya Soetoro-Ng claims to be her daughter.

Stanley Ann absented herself from the island during the real mother's gestation and birthing, to conceal the fact that Stanley Ann was not large with child. The Kenyan birth myth was concocted to explain her absence. When she divorced Obama the Luo, the court had to see a birth certificate for the child. A phony one was procured from Kenya.

The Kenyan birth myth is now a favorite device of the Obama cabal. They know a Kenyan birth can't be proved, while a Hawai'ian birth can, so they sow disinformation to distract people from the real issue, Mr. Obama's loss of citizenship after his birth by forfeiture, disclaimer, renunciation, sedition, or some combination of the foregoing.

Assume that Hawai�i�s certification of live birth is true and official as far as it goes. If Mr. Obama�s birth parents were in fact Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama the Luo tribesman, there would be a prima facie case that Mr. Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen, because Obama the Luo tribesman was an alien.
But as to the birth parents, the certification of live birth is ambiguous. This ambiguity arises from its nature; it is an abstract of information from a document on file. However, the document on file could be an original birth certificate naming birth parents, or it could be an amended birth certificate reflecting adoptive parents.

When a child is adopted, an amended birth certificate is created naming the adoptive parents and creating an official fiction that they are the birth parents. Recently, on Thursday 23 September 2010, a lady was in my law office whose close relative was adopted; she had seen both the original and amended birth certificate of the relative.

Hawai�i�s certification of Mr. Obama�s live birth in Hawai�i is intentionally ambiguous. By design, it is impossible to tell from the certification whether the purported parents named therein are Mr. Obama�s birth parents or his adoptive parents. This is to keep adoptions confidential. Furnishing an amended certificate would tip the observer to an adoption. Hawai�i�s custodians of vital records are barred by law from divulging the adoption without the adoptee�s consent, or pursuant to legal process.

However, on 22 July 2009, Dr. Chiyome Leinaala�Fukino, director of the Hawai�i State Department of Health, issued a statement by which she goes about as close to the brink as she can, without violating her legal obligation to keep the adoption confidential, to tell us that Mr. Obama was adopted. Her statement is quoted in the book \"The Manchurian President\" on page 76. (It�s amusing that the authors of that highly informative book fail to pick up on Dr. Fukino�s effort to disclose Mr. Obama�s adoption without violating legal restraints; they say on page 77 that her statement �told us nothing new.�)

Dr. Fukino�s statement refers to Mr. Obama's \"vital records\" in the plural. He was not dead, so she must be referring to two birth certificates, the original that named birth parents and an amended certificate naming adoptive parents.

Moreover, data in the certification of live birth must have been taken from the amended certificate, for Dr. Fukino also says that the records verify that Mr. Obama is a \"natural born American citizen.\" If the original birth certificate showed Obama the Luo to be a birth parent, it would have proved the opposite.

Dr. Fukino is very clever. She has tipped us to an adoption without explicitly disclosing an adoption, which would be unlawful. She has also let us know that Mr. Obama's birth parents were U.S. citizens, which makes baby Obama a natural born U.S. citizen at birth. (This does not exclude the very real possibility that Mr. Obama lost American citizenship thereafter.)

Mr. Obama�s vital records must be disclosed and his DNA analyzed to confirm the birth parents of Barack Hussein Obama II, and to confirm that Mr. Obama, pretender to the Office of President, is actually the child whose birth was recorded, not a ringer.

But if, as seems highly probable, Mr. Obama�s production of DNA and his vital records would prove that, at birth, he was a natural born U.S. citizen, why would be refuse to confirm it? He might maintain that it would be to avoid family scandal and damage to the reputations of others, or to prevent the disclosure of his own illegitimate origins. In all probability, however, that there are two main reasons -

First, neither of Obama�s birth parents is of recent African origin. Mr. Obama�s whole political career has been based on being the son of a black Luo tribesman, with kith & kin in today�s Africa. His political manifesto, \"Dreams from my Father\", is subtitled �A Story of Race and Inheritance�. Mr. Obama�s gross misrepresentation that he is black is arguably election fraud. An American black told Laura Ingraham the other day that a black will forgive one many a fault if he's black. Wonder what they would think if he is, for example, the son of a Caucasian father and a predominantly Polynesian mother, with perhaps Portagee overtones, who just pretends to be black to get votes and denigrate opponents as racists.

Secondly, the Kenyan birth myth and other false notions about his birth and its constitutional consequences distract attention from his real citizenship problems, his probable loss of U.S. citizenship by forfeiture, disclaimer, renunciation, sedition, or some combination of the foregoing. He is trying to replicate the experience of Chester Alan Arthur, who was helped in distracting attention from the fact that his father William was not yet a U.S. citizen when Chester was born, by successfully rebutting false charges that Chester himself was born outside the U.S. By my hypothesis, Mr. Obama can prove eligibility at birth, but became ineligible by loss of citizenship thereafter.
