Recipe thread?

I'm omnivorous but trying to cut back on my meat consumption and my pasta consumption, so I've been trying to find new dinners to add into the rotation. I liked this cauliflower and tomato frittata recipe on the NYT, and this is a very tasty salsa for huevos rancheros. Anyone have some vegetable-heavy recipes to recommend?

In less vegetal news, this red wine chocolate cake from Smitten Kitchen is DELICIOUS.

And then the other recent This American Life, interviewing the gay black kid adopted by homophobic Christian parents who is a student organizer for Trump!! Zoe Chace is doing really amazing work with these interviews; I wish I had a modicum of her ability to stay so nonjudgmental and personable in her conversations about such fraught topics.

I don't think there was anything that graphic, which is surprising from the Coens! There are (SPOILERS) two scenes when Josh Brolin strikes someone across the face a few times (one scene a woman, the other a man), and a scene where a character gets accidentally choked but survives. No gore or death.

Okay this is very late for Open Threading, but I just got back from seeing Hail Caesar, and oh man, CHANNING TATERSSSS SINGING AND TAP DANCING ON TABLES

There is not THAT much of him in the movie but what there is is truly glorious.

Also, I downloaded that ep of Professor Blastoff, and it was indeed super confusing! I got that they were doing a bit about Harvard alumni always saying "I went to school in Boston", but the bit seemed to have started off-mic and I also totally couldn't tell if they were referencing him actually going to Harvard.

Really? I hadn't heard that despite listening to him on loads of podcasts, and his wikipedia entry says he dropped out of Temple in Philly.
