I often wonder what happens when the money runs out to support all of these programs (I think we are bankrupt already). You don't have money to use if all of Obama's followers are sitting at home watching "The Price is Right" and eating potato chips. Once the rich have been drained of their wealth and everyone is out of a job; the money is gone and the programs can't run. So much for universal health care at that point.

The electorate was warned about him during the election campaign but no one seemed to care for the most part. Everyone who voted for him had their eyes glazed over and most still do. Sarah Palin was called a hate monger as well as people at the rallies. I listened to a rally speech by Sarah the other night and she was dead on. What is happening is exactly what she said in that particular speech.

Funny! Along the same line relating to global warming. . .I thought of a Clinton joke which I've changed. A little levity. Barney Frank goes to Hell and the Devil is showing him all the different rooms. The first room is hot and they are breaking big boulders with picks and sledge hammers. They go to another and the people are cleaning up all sorts messes and it is hot and stinky. They go to another room and all the people are sitting at tables drinking coffee but they are up to their waists in dung. After seeing all the rooms the Devil asks Barney where he wanted to be for eternity. Barney doesn't hesitate and says he'd like to be in the room where they sit and drink coffee. Okay says the Devil. The Devil takes Barney back to the room and shouts, "Okay, break is over. . .back on your heads!"

Well, most polls are payed for by the party wanting the poll (such as CNN, MSNBC, ABC, etc.) so the results tend to be manipulated to best reflect what the party paying for the poll wants to see in the poll results. The polling samples vary and can be skewed and often are in the sampling used. Most polling companies don't poll just to poll; they are in business to make money (darn capitalists).

Yes I agree, but has anyone read this column by Kathleen Parker? http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2009/03... I can't stand this lady, but maybe she is coming around a little (very little). Of course, in the column she had to bash Rush Limbaugh and mention Glenn Beck, "the leader of the mob" on this site. She then had to comment about the people here with this quote, "Whose mob goes there?" Enjoy the column and don't forget to let her know that the "mob" reads her pathetic columns by sending her an email (at the end of the column). She is definitely no Jane Austin!
