Exactly. You have to have some entitlement to complain about something not only FREE but also many other people would kill to go to and be fine with a bad seat. Not to mention the generalization that anyone that can attend on a weekday is a deadbeat. I work 40 hours a week (Fri-Sun) and go to school part time on the weekdays.

And what happens if your HD-DVD player busts? What about space issues? My cabinet is pretty full as it is. One more obsolete piece of hardware to play a handful of discs is not worth the space IMO.

I'm mostly with you here only picking up a handful of discs myself so far. I am tempted to get more, but I am still waiting a bit to see what happens. I am sure towards the end of the year, the studios and manufacturers will be making a big push for blu and hopefully bring the price down on the discs/players. So even if it gets replaced by something down the line sooner than later, it won't be a huge investment loss. The thing that a lot of people are not realizing about digital downloads as that more and more you are hearing talks about bandwidth tiers/caps. If ISPs get there way, they will be taking a huge chunk out of that market's progression.

To each their own. I don't have anything against Bay. In fact, I quite enjoy a lot of his movies, including The Island. But I will still stand by my opinion that Transformers was a mess and could have been so much better. :/

Good point. Maybe they are covering a nominal amount of the actual cost? Who knows. I am not really upset at this as much as Fox's continual point of being at the center of all things fucked up these days.

Jeez Fox. Non-stop with you. I can see this coming down to the consumer AGAIN. 3D tickets are already higher priced in some areas. Now you may have to purchase the glasses as well. Personally I am not against this ideal as long as you are not forced to purchase them every time. As in, you can bring your previously purchased glasses with you. Would cut down on a lot of the disposable waste as well. That said... They should definitely remain free with price of entry.
