hello all, been getting lot of help and been learning many things from here and really appreciate you all for that. i have a question and hope you would advice me with problem i am having. well..many trials of downloading & erasing apps from cydia, got my iphone bit weird lately, so i decide to restore it to factory setting to fix some of problem i am having(on and off making beep sound, and screen gone black and wont come back untill i hook it up again on itune....sort of things) my question is, i have few self made ringtone & message files that i have replaced with orginal ones. i know i have advised to leave the orginal ones as back up file but i accidently erased them all. so, my question is can i still go ahead and restore iphone without replacing orginal ringtones & message tones files to factory setting?? or is this going to make any problem if i dont replace orginal files before to restore action?

humm..sorry for stupid question. i have factory unlocked 3G Iphone from Italy, when i bought it, it had Cydia installed already with few more app but, stupidly, i upgraded to 2.2.1 and base band now show that 2.30.03. i'm really new to this and been serching for some info about simple App jailbreaking and still little confused. so here is my question, even with base band 2.30.03, can i still jailbreak it using QuickPwn? and would it works fine? i really want to have that cycorder thing and few more good stuffs from Cydia. my phone doesnt have any carrier lock on it since i tried with few other sim here in Thailand and all worked fine. would appreciate any of your advices. thanks!!
