So we have copies of the media from each other that we want and then are allowed to play them. I was concerned that perhaps the new "Home Sharing" feature in iTunes 9.0 might require the computers to physically be in the same house and on the same network in order for shared media to work on our machines. ,,,that if we are traveling then the media we have already authorized might not work since we were not physically in the same location on the same network. But maybe I am worrying for nothing and so can safely update my iTunes to 9.0 and not compromise already shared media and nor the ability for me to unlock my iPhone 2G in November when i sell it and buy a new one. It was unlocked and the other sim worked. I ran into a problem when I attempted to open icy. When I did that icy seemed to be doing something like transferring files or something from one place to another. I interrupted it. I tried to open the contact list to delete contacts and it crashed. I tried several times and it crashed. After a while the Apple logo came on with the circle thing. It did that for a bit then went black and then the Apple logo and the spin, etc. I could not reset the iPhone or anything. What is happening? Any suggestions? I then did a restore from iTunes, but of course it now says there is an unsupported SIM. So what do I do now? Do I have to have icy installed? Do I need to have Cydia installed?
