Tea Party bans signs! A T.E.A. party scheduled in Cobb County Ga has banned protest signs fearing violence after the Atlanta Party was bluffed into canceling their event at Gwinnett Mall. The Cobb TEA party claims this is an 'educational' event only, not a protest. Whatever. I say our voices deserve to be heard - by any nonviolent means. The Atlanta T.E.A. party rally will be at the capitol in Atlanta. Simon really didn't have the authority to cancel the rally at the mall, but was able to bluff the Atlanta organizers into canceling the event. I don't really care about fireworks shows being canceled, but I do care whether my voice will be allowed to ring out.
