Maybe the best way to get right people who are looking out for country is to not pay any salary to them at all, they get everything free anyway, if paying them maybe should be realistic figure $50,000.00 a year, between lobbyists and corruptness they still will make out like bandits, but at least we are not overpaying them to make blunders!
