Skylab : I can sit for hours here and watch the emerald feathers play

I love hearing your little stories! Its so entertaining the things that happen to you as you're over there. I still can't believe how big the Great Wall is, how amazing everything looks over there. It is such a change from NYC, where we are so used to what we look at everyday. For you, looking at a regular house is different, let alone the ground can't compare to back home. I'm glad to see you look happy and healthy!! :)

Skylab : I feel so much a part of this

Wow! I think that was the biggest post you've made. I gotta say, considering this is week one of Beijing, imagine whats in store for another! The pictures and video are great! And learning about the other cultures is amazing; the Temple of Earth looks so serene. It reminds me of the Botanical Garden in Ringwood, NJ. Its good to have locals show you around; you're getting the backdoor tour! And the best advice about keeping up with your writing: Make a list after each day about general things you did with minor details. Or even as its happening, write it down as you're about to do it. Your picture memory will trigger when you wrote at that moment so when you look back, the details will just flow :) Have fun!

Skylab : I know this corner of the earth it smiles at me

Wow... that was a beautiful post. Saying goodbye was so hard. It didn't hit me for months until that moment when I knew I won't be able to hug you, see you on the weekend or hold your hand With Skype, it feels like you're just in NJ! I miss you terribly, but I am so glad that everything is going well for you over there! And I'm glad you liked my mixie :P I'll be practicing more! Looking forward to more posts about your adventures! <3

Skylab : Farewell All

Michael, What you're doing is amazing. It is inspiring everyone; letting them know that we can do anything as long as we have the passion and dedication to do it. You have so much love and support from your family and friends and we are all proud of this grand accomplishment. Watching you leave @ the gate was the hardest moment, but at the same time, so fulfilling because I know this is the start of a new experience for you! Its exciting to know that you are going to do something not many people do, and you are going to have a great time doing so. Its a long story, but when we left you at the gate, we saw you board the plane! In the little clear gateway thing! We saw you with your big backpack and we jumped and waved from outside. It was so crazy! We all miss you SOOO much and we wish you safe and fun travels. I love you so much, I know you know that :) I'll be here, making sure our sites are okay, enjoying the ny/nj summer. I cant wait to hear about your stories abroad! I wish you so much luck; but I know you are gonna be just fine! Hugs, Kisses and lots and lots of love <3 Teresa

This reflection is amazing and a true valid point of how many more wonderful people will come into your life =) I am so proud of how far you have come! Oh and one more thing: Think about it: You can NEVER forget UPS. That brown truck will be in Beijing too.. LOL.
