I like that it's right near the bedrooms so you aren't taking your laundry up & down floors and right next to the loft with the TV. I can be watching my favorite shows while the washer and dryer do their thing. I think I also saw in building photo or video that the laundry walls are insulated which is definitely ideal for noise reduction--I don't like the background noise of dishwashers, washers, dryers, etc.

That would be my fantasy too Carley. I know a lot of posts talk about how people are so ga-ga about the coffee/cocktail bar in the master bedroom but I would gladly give it up for folding and hanging room in the laundry room.

I watched the show last night and saw the configuration of the homes on the plot. That enabled me to finally figure out where on the land the home is situation. It's on the northwest corner of the lot facing due south.

Great spaces. I'd add some material over the slats above the dining table to really cut down on the heat. I'd also love to see an outdoor TV in one of these spaces.

There is actually one room that doesn't have a TV and it would be really cool to have one--the outside area. How great would it be to watch TV, do some grilling and enjoy weather under the covered outside area?

In previous SH, there have been on-demand hot water heater but I don't see anything related to that here. Can you tell us if there is one?
