You are not being honest here. The Trump team have presented no case of their own and sought to stop certification of the vote. It has been three weeks and according to the constitution, no state can certify the results of an election until the voting process is finished. That process can only finish after all litigation is finalized.

It has only been three weeks and it takes time to investigate, find witnesses, secure affidavits and other evidence, in order to build a case. Judge Mathew Brann and the judge in Georgia just broke federal law. The Trump team were merely asking these state courts to uphold the law. It is for this reason that the other contested states are not certifying their apparent wins for Biden.

Now the Trump Legal team are free to present their case to the Supreme court.

We are supposed to believe that Creepy Joe, who could barely remember where he was at times, sat in his basement and managed to get enough votes to win. I don't think so.

Every judge, you say... Let me educate you. The legal team is collecting evidence, investigating, and taking affidavits. It takes time. I have seen video evidence of voter fraud and if you want to see it step outside of your bubble you can see it too on YouTube.

There is a funny side to this. After 4 years of fake Russiagate, the Ukraine phone call, and the endless lies and coup attempts from Schiff and his Democrat pals how can you imagine that they didn't cheat?

The fact that the legal team did not wish to unveil their strategy or forewarn their opponents by releasing detailed information to the media is proof of legal wisdom. Since when does the media control elections? You don't know this? Did you think that lawyers release their evidence to the media... EVER? Are you that uneducated? I really hope so because the alternative is quite dark.

As for Trump saying that the vote would be rigged. A lot of people did. This was because of the mail in ballots. In one case, over 120,000 mail-in ballot papers turned up and every one of them was a vote for Biden. That is impossible. There would have been at least a handful of people who made a mistake and ticked the wrong box. In addition, none of these ballots were dated or signed and ignored the candidate down votes. Have you ever seen the Dominion software? It was designed for cheating. It has a feature called "Weighted voting" that can give 2 or more votes to one candidate per scan or give a minus weight to remove votes. That is where the concern came from.

A typical response from the left. You don't make any arguments or quote any facts. Of course I am familiar with Donald Trump and his entire life. Don't make your false assumption a point of argument; it is merely disingenuous. Trump is not perfect and I think he is wrong on several issues. However, Biden could not have possibly won. The extreme Left hates him, the traditional democrats hate him. A lot of people under lock down hate him, far more blacks and Hispanics have moved away from the Democrats as well. When ordinary Democrats have to listen to CNN tell them that the thugs who burned down their small business were "peaceful protesters" and are to fearful to complain who do you think they voted for? In one state there were more votes than registered voters. Of course there was massive vote fraud and when Trump's legal team unveils it in the Supreme Court, then you get to hear about it.

It is sad that you support the CIA, the NSA, the FBI, the State Dept, the DOJ, the warmongers and neocons, the tech giants who can't wait to enslave you, the corporations who wish to impoverish you. Why did the Democrats sanction the destruction of small businesses? If Biden gets away with this, the first to be purged will be people like you. When you realize the truth you will become the last remaining threat.

This lack of education in the USA is one reason why such obvious fraud could so easily be perpetrated upon the American people.

Firstly, Venezuela is not a socialist country. Neither Chavez nor Maduro ever had a problem with privately owned business and both these men were actually Nationalists. To understand this we must look at the country's demographic make-up. Around 80% of Venezuelans are indigenous people. They were impoverished and prior to Chavez they were completely illiterate. The other 20% were of Spanish descent and controlled the business world of Venezuela. Unfortunately for them, a 20% block can never retain power in a democracy but they gave away the nation's oil to the USA in exchange for political control. Chavez understood that an uneducated population without skills could never lift his nation out of the third world and so he nationalized the oil and used the money for nationalist 'nation building' policies. Both Maduro and Chavez believed in democracy and the ability of capitalism to lift his people out of poverty. Where is the socialism?

The socialist lie was actually created by the Washington swamp because they wanted the oil. The fact is that until the level of education is raised to where the Spanish elite and the indigenous majority are merged, Maduro and his party can't lose an election so the idea that he would be interested in Dominion software is obviously wrong.

As for the lawyers not giving details, this strategic reality is common to every court case and all the media are doing is trying to get this information in order to arm their side in the court battles... dream on. However, what really shocks me is the belief that the Democrat/Big Tech/Corporate/Pentagon/Security and Surveillance state/MSM elite didn't use massive fraud in these elections. This belief makes the USA a nation of really dumb people.

What amazes me, Caitlin, is that after thousands of dead people voted for Biden, after the arrests and evidence of huge vote harvesting operations that favored Biden, after the video evidence of GOP voting observers being illegally denied access to view the count, and after the affidavits from witnesses from all contested states where Dominion Software's "weighted voting" feature was employed to change thousands of Trump votes to Biden, do you honestly believe that the Trump court challenges will be a non-event? I really thought you were better informed.

WTF? I used to support you, Caitlin, but I can't work out if you truly believe what you are saying. The Right? The extreme right you describe were cast into oblivion when the means of attack was to allow them to speak so that rational people could vilify them. Those who support Trump now are conservatives, libertarians, nationalists, centrists, the working class who understand that open borders will lower their wages, the Blacks, Hispanics, and legal immigrants who see how the Democrats have used them for decades and have seen the positive effects of Trump's policies. Need I remind you that it was mainly Democrat voters who cowered in their homes hoping that the "peaceful protesters" would move on and not burn them out? How many Democrats who lost their businesses in the lockdowns were once Democrats but turned to vote for Trump? What about the traditional Democrats who rejected Socialism? What about the democrats who lost everything while the Leftist media lied about the "peaceful protests". Do you really think that Democrat voters subjected to 'imprisonment' in Democrat controlled cities and who have been taken to the brink of insanity will vote for the team that did this to them? Sure, they may hate Trump but the 'exhaustion of hate' is a known psychological phenomenon - only the activists and those who get power from it can keep that up. Many Democrats voted for Trump.

I wonder... If you interviewed people on the streets of Hamburg, or Paris, or Manchester, or Rome... I'm talking about the people who didn't give a second thought to traveling to Moscow for the World Cup and had a great time. Sure, there are those in the USA, Europe, and the rest of the Western Sphere who have swallowed the propaganda and there are those who have Trump Derangement Syndrome as well but what are the figures on those who supported Trump AFTER he platformed on closer ties with Russia? We all know this autocratic government in Brussels is not the Utopian coming together of Europe it was supposed to be and that it's days are numbered. I think Russia should pause everything until Europe learns some manners.

While I agree with much of this article the act of ommision is still an untruth. Before Trump even got to the White House, senior members of the CIA, the NSA, the FBI, the State Department, the Justice Department, the Pentagon, the Tech giants, the Obama supporting transition team, and nearly all the main stream media were set upon destroying him. If Trump hadn't found strong allies there and then he was finished.

So, Trump put Jared Kushner on the board and what followed were Israeli based policies. Would he have done this had the American elite accepted him as the people's choice? We will never know but he probably would.

As for a Biden/Harris victory... It will never happen. Whether you are Left or Right, Harris is the most unlikable politician I've seen since Herman Hess. In a contest between her and Hilary, Hilary would win in a landslide. What the progressive Left fails to understand is the psychological nature of outrage. It has a shelf life and people just get exhausted. Right now the red states are getting back to normal, Blacks and Latinos everywhere are experiencing the fact that the Trump tax cuts are giving them more money in their pay every week and that the Democrat claim that these cuts only benefit the rich was a lie. So, they are asking themselves what else are democrats lying and they are questioning their support of the Democrats since the end of slavery..

Meanwhile, in blue states the rioters were called peaceful demonstrators who were somehow immune to Covid 19 while the majority of citizens in these cities who hated Trump just as they were supposed to and supported the SJW causes as expected, watched as their businesses were burnt down, as tent cities mushroomed, as infectious diseases from feaces and rats became real, as their kids committed suicide, as they lost their jobs and faced the danger of real hunger... And to top it off, having to listen to celebrities telling them how they are oppressed while eating really expensive ice cream in their multi-million dollar mansions... And, let's not diminish the sight of whites kneeling and apologizing for their privilege. And, let's not forget all those Feminists who now have to put up with transsexual scam artists sharing a bathroom with their 14 year-old daughters at school. In fact, if gender is fluid then the whole idea of feminism is over.

When I look at these blue states I see Nazi Germany in the late 30s where the people were too scared to voice their real opinions.and so I put it to all those who can actually understand logic. What do you think is going to happen? It will be understood that saying you voted for Biden will be just as good as voting for Biden. After watching Pelosi, and Schumer, and Schiff focus on impeachment, Russia, and not sign bills that would allow them to eat, I believe we will see something quite remarkable.

Here is the truth. The screaming activists are quite loud and the true believers in Antifa along with the true believers of BLM were out is the streets doing the burning. there were not a lot of these people who stayed at home. That means that each of these cities has 2000-3000 die hard never Trump fanatics but the rest who may believe in the cause don't want to live in a war zone.

I am wondering if the Democrat Party will even exist after this election. Then, we will see what Trump's position regarding foreign policy really is.
