Greenoooooo Greenoooooo, Excellent result, Thats a bonus point in my calculations for the rest of the season added to the 3 against Liverpool!! Defence were all good today, especially Bridge and i thought Da Costa and Upson were particulary strong. Jacobsen had a hard day today, but thought he coped reasonably well! Carlton is on twitter now all a bit upset with his miss today, but hey 4 pts off spurs this season is quality!! I hate to say it but they are champions league you know!! Just hope some other results go our way like Arsenal not messing around and actually beat West Brom!!!

spot on... Overall a draw was probably a fair result imo, just to get away from that game. The thing that gets me though is that, that is just the end of it now. How the foul for the second goal wasn't picked up is beyond me. Its blatant cheating and should really be dealt with.. It wouldn't surprise me if Pulis was in the refs ear for the whole of half time, probably planned it all. The poor excuse for a ref was staring straight at the wall for the free kick. Shocking.

to be fair we beat spurs at the beginning of the season...and we were complete pony then. They have slipped up a lot of points this season.

I don't think Zola would have bought the same players.. So don't really agree with that. Zola was way too inexperienced, i don't believe in just throwing a manager like that the reins of a prem club they need to build to it, like i think Poyet is doing. The players all liked Zola but performances recently are miles ahead of most of what we saw when Zola was here imo. Now i don't think im necessarily pro Grant and haven't been for a long while but everyone deserves a chance and as we didn't end up sacking him... if we manage to keep up our good form, and end the cup very well i will be willing to see where we can go and push on. To be fair i don't rate wolves that bad of a team... but they are beneath us now anyway. So ideal situation, we stay up, get semi's or possibly win the cup (long shot i know, but over the last 2 games we got what it takes to win). See what happens over the summer, and then judge out of a small number of games at the beginning of the season. No pissing about this time, if we are to look poor again at the start of next season, get someone else in!!

Second goal was key yesterday i thought. However when it actually happened it took me a minute to come to terms with it, for some reason just thought it hadn't happened! We did still let them in though, with our defensive confusion and they capitalised but overall the performance was very good indeed and what adds to that even more is that this isn't the same Liverpool side we played last year... They have been pretty decent for the last 8 games. Kind of highlights just how bad we really were then. I liked Cole's comment on Twitter too about him going to try his hardest when he gets a chance to come on. Good attitude and did exactly that with his one chance. Like Grant said he didn't expect him to score, but to use his physical attributes instead and hold up play. So he surprised us all, albeit some questionable goalkeeping on it, but he still struck it very well. Plus thats not our problem anyway, it's Reina's and Liverpools. Ratings pretty spot on for me, I really like Demba and Hitz and Parker keeps making me think higher and higher of him! Love him!!! COYI!!!!!

Yeh he was, i think we needed it from him. He coped very well, he's got the experience. Thought tomkins had a blinder too apart from the mix up with Jacobsen!!! Actually they all played great today and even cole on for the final minutes made his impact too!! So happy right now!!! COYI!!!

not entirely sure what i really want from tonight. We need to concentrate on the league so i don't think i would be that bothered if we went out, but it could have a detrimental effect on the team if we do (and probably me if that really does happen). A replay is a no no. So 1 or 2 nil win should suffice! lol Be good to finally see Hitz though! and with the news of upson being out hopefully some more time for the 2 centre backs to gel!
