As a resident, I've found most of the cops in Middletown to be egotistical and worthless with lousy attitudes when it comes to the public. I hope the 5 cops not named in this story are suspended without pay until an investigation is completed. I'm inclined to believe the victims sister's story-- because he was resistant, he was cuffed BEHIND his back, not in front, so he could hardly choke a K-9 to unconsciousness, unless, perhaps the K-9 was a chihuahua and he used his feet.
