Daily Camera.com: : Orthorexia nervosa: An unhealthy obsession with eating healthy foods - Boulder Daily Camera

I don't know where to start with this article... What a rather poorly researched work about a vital issue obscured by a manufactured "disorder". Simply exemplified by the end: "There's way more important things in your life than the quality of what you eat," I would really like to know what those things are? All you are is what you eat, and everything that you do and think is illuminated by those choices. But thanks to Dr. Steven Bratman wanting to have a choice in your food consumption equates a disorder. You should care about what you are eating and pay close attention to it, it is not a disorder to do so. It is a disorder of a so called normality to not care.
