Your talented employees are underpaid because you choose to under pay them for the skills and talent they offer your company. If there is anyone who is looking for personal gain, it is YOU!!! Because of employers like you, American families are struggling financially because they are not making enough money to survive. Im sure your wage increase adjustments for your employees are not sufficient to keep pace with the rate of inflation which equals to real income less than inflation you greedy corporate pig.

I have been with the Boeing Company since 1997, laid off twice and is still in my progression. This is the kind of unfair labor practices and loop holes the Boeing Comany inserts into thier contract, and now the Governor wants an extension? For whom? The Boeing Company? Its obvious that she, the media and the public does not have clue.
